Harabacka, Sundsberg, Kirkkonummi
The rising star of the metropolitan area is wanted on the seashore. An unzoned 22-hectare land area in the maritime Sundsberg. Uusimaa.
"Sundsberg is located near the Espoo border, along Ring Road III and the Länsiväylä, on the shores of Espoonlahti Bay. The southern side of the Länsiväylä will be built according to the Sarvvik, Sarvvikinportti and Sarvvikinranta local plans. According to the Kirkkonummi land use development plan 2040, Sundsberg-Sarvvik has been named a "coveted maritime pioneer" and in 2060 the area is aimed at being a "rising star of the metropolitan area".
"The largest landowners in the area, EKE-Rakennus Oy, SATO Oyj, Governia Oy and Kirkkonummen Hankekehitys Oy, see significant opportunities in the area as "unzoned land by the sea, with excellent transport connections, in the heart of the Helsinki metropolitan area."
