The plan is to build residential buildings on the plot, adapting to the characteristics and landforms of the area. The encumbered parking spaces on the adjacent plots are to be retained. The draft plan will be on display from 30 October to 28 November 2023. The change to the local plan has been announced for autumn 2022. The Urban Planning Board has approved the draft plan for consideration by the City Council on 21 August 2024.
